I lead by building trust, removing blockers, and translating between technical and business audiences.
That’s meant recruiting and developing a teams analysts, consulting across dozens of business units, governing standards for 250+ citizen developers, and reporting directly to VP-level leadership on a $500M+ marketing budget.
Whether it’s mentoring junior analysts or presenting an AI roadmap to executives, I focus on making complex ideas actionable and getting the right people aligned around outcomes.
ML, AI & Agentic Orchestration
Most recently, I’ve been designing and deploying production-grade agentic AI systems, from single-shot LLM calls through multi-step orchestrated workflows. This has given me deep experience with RAG architectures at scale (2.5M+ annual queries), hybrid search strategies, and prompt engineering patterns across multiple platforms (Azure, Vertex, local inferencing).
Additionally, I have deep experience training, validating, and deploying machine learning models (regression, gradient boosting, linear SVC, and more).
While generative AI is changing the world, it’s important to remember the practicality and relevance of “old AI” – especially in conjunction with the newest tools!
Engineering & Languages
Python-first engineering standards with enterprise CI/CD rigor. Production experience across the full stack — from Flask/Streamlit front-ends to SQL Server backends — with roots in R and SAS from earlier analytics work.
Data Intelligence & Analytics
End-to-end data pipeline experience from ingestion through modeling to deployment. Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Azure ML for both traditional analytics and ML workloads as well as advanced PowerBI reporting and modeling.
Governance & DevOps
Built the governance playbook from scratch — AI guardrails, Python standards, Power Platform administration — unifying dozens of engineers and 250+ citizen developers under consistent CI/CD workflows and code quality standards.
